As an annoying couple who actually likes each other, we run a vegetarian substack dishin’ out recipes, hot kitchen tips, and weekly meal plans to carry your ass through the week.

We’re here to deliver weekly meal plans (yes bitch, that’s monday-sunday, with room for takeout because we love to treat ourselves while stimulating our local economy) that are yummy AF, relatively easy to make, and are guaranteed to help ya impress the in-laws, hinge date, and pals.
Because we’re the best, we send out a weekly grocery list. Like, you literally don’t have think at all. Just hop on over to your email every Saturday AM, copy and paste that list into notes, get your fine ass to the grocery store, and trust.

Tay is a therapist and mindfulness teacher, and Meeks is a junior designer in clean energy.
We’ve been together since 2017 and are engaged! We’re getting married! We also have a cute-ass dog named Marzy, live on Lekwungen territory in Victoria, BC, and spend our free time biking the goose, camping on and around van island, and making 5-star, *chefs kiss* meals with family and friends.
We’re both self-taught cooks, and in our humble opinion, are v good at making tasty, tasty meals and treats! I mean, who doesn’t love a tasty treat?!
