For two beanie babies!
Monday: Mushroom, ricotta toasties
Tuesday: Pasta e Fagioli (Italian Pasta and Beans)
Wednesday: Creamy garlicy parmy orzo with a side of sautéed kale
Thursday: Herby dumps with caramelized onion from Shelf Love on pg. 70 with buttery, baked zucchini on the side
Friday: Dinner out!
Saturday: Sheet pan pasta, but make it gnocchi style (they can go right in the ov’) with arugula and red onion
Sunday: Old el Paso style tacos — like vegetarian BEEFYS with sour cream and cheese 🤤🤤
